Initiate Your Request
Log into your Luckstart account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
